Avoid watching other people blessing and bless or help them

• Help people who are more blessed, be humble with them, praise them, and feel joy for them (if you can't help them physically, pray for them).
• Don't look greedily at what other people possess so you don't desire what they have (status or wealth). You can do this by unfollowing someone wealthy on social media.
